CoreBit Labs, LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates the WallyMate mobile web application and iOS app. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address.
Location data: With your permission, the App accesses your device's GPS location to provide navigation and distance features. Your live location is processed on your device and is not continuously transmitted to or stored on our servers. Location data used in AI queries is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate your response and is not retained.
Saved spots: Locations you save are stored in our database associated with your account.
Usage data: We may collect anonymized information about how the App is used (e.g., features accessed, general session data) to improve the service. This data does not identify you personally.
Communications: If you contact us, we retain that correspondence.
We use your information to: (a) provide and improve the App; (b) authenticate your account; (c) sync your saved spots across devices; (d) respond to support requests; (e) send important service updates (not marketing without consent); (f) comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
We retain your account information and saved spots for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile menu, which permanently deletes your data. Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and secure authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately.
You may: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and associated data; opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise these rights, contact us at wallymateapp@gmail.com or use the account deletion feature in the App.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to deletion, and the right to non-discrimination. We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. WallyMate does not store your payment card details; Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with their privacy policy.
iOS App Store subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. When you subscribe via the iOS app, the following data may be collected and processed:
RevenueCat acts as our subscription management platform for iOS purchases. Their privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
iOS subscription management (cancellation, renewal, upgrades) is handled through your Apple ID at Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. WallyMate does not have the ability to cancel or modify iOS subscriptions on your behalf.
