Delete from the app
The fastest method is the self-service deletion built into WallyMate:
- Sign in to WallyMate.
- Open your profile from the person icon at the top of the app.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and confirm Delete My Account.
The request permanently deletes the account and associated app data through WallyMate's account-deletion process.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address connected to your WallyMate account. Include the account email and state that you want the account and associated data deleted. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted
Account deletion removes the account and account-linked information handled by our deletion process, including profile information, saved spots, friend relationships, blocks, and active Friends location-sharing data.
Limited records may be retained only where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud or abuse prevention, dispute handling, or enforcement of our Terms. Anonymized or aggregated information that no longer identifies you may also be retained. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your WallyMate account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel the subscription with the store where it originated before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
This action cannot be undone. Once account deletion is complete, your account and deleted app data cannot be restored.
